1. SecuTec will perform a Free Evaluation & Assessment of your CCTV System. This will be limited to 3 hours of on Site work by our technical team. 2. SecuTec will perform all necessary Firmware Upgrades, and Software Upgrades at no charge to you the client. 3. SecuTec will provide at no costs, any service items like fuses, connectors, and various other service spares. 4. You will be liable for the cost of a Travelling & Call Out Fee, which is Mt 3,800.00 in Maputo or Matola, and will increase depending where the CCTV is located. 5. Any work done after the expiry of the first 3 hours will be billed at Mt 3,800.00 per hour or part of an hour worked. 6. Any hardware supplied will be charged for at the recommended relevant prices. SecuTec will undertake work only once you approve the extra costs.
